Dear Brothers and Sisters,

I wish you and your loved ones a blessed and grace-filled New Year!

As we embrace the opportunities of 2025, our hearts are filled with joy and anticipation, inspired by the words of Pope Francis in his Papal Bull for the Jubilee Year: “Hope does not disappoint.” This year, as “Pilgrims of Hope,” we are called to journey together, strengthened by faith and united in hope, to transform our lives and rediscover the beauty of the Catholic Church.

A Year of Hope and Mission

Hope has always been the anchor of our Catholic faith. It is the hope that sustained Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati throughout his life—a hope rooted in the Beatitudes, expressed through acts of charity, and strengthened by his unwavering devotion to God. As his followers, we too are invited to climb the mountains of life with courage, joy, and trust in God’s providence.

This Jubilee Year is an opportunity for us to deepen our commitment to the Frassati way of life, grow as a community, and share the light of Christ with others. Our collective mission as bearers of hope will guide us through the meaningful plans and activities we have prepared for this year.

Milestones and Events in 2025

In the coming year, we have planned various initiatives for our promoters, collaborators, and community members to grow together in faith, hope, and charity.

1. Formation with Our Spiritual Adviser
   Each month, we will gather for spiritual formation sessions led by Rev. Fr. Jeff Aytona, O.P. These moments of prayer and reflection will equip us to live out our faith in daily life and in service to others.
2. Affiliation with Sangguniang Laiko ng Pilipinas
   We are progressing toward official affiliation with the Sangguniang Laiko ng Pilipinas. This step will strengthen our ties to the wider Church and amplify our mission as lay faithful.
3. The Frassati Way Pilgrimage to Rome
   As part of the Jubilee celebrations, we are organizing a pilgrimage to Rome. This journey of faith and fellowship will prepare us for the much-anticipated canonization of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati—a historic moment that will inspire a renewed zeal for holiness among young people worldwide.
4. Frassati Congress 2025 in Caleruega, Philippines
   In the final quarter of the year, we will convene for a Frassati Congress in Caleruega. This gathering will unite members from across the Philippines and abroad to celebrate our shared mission, exchange experiences, and strengthen our bonds as a community.
5. Launch of the Frassati Handbook and Novena Prayer Book
   We look forward to publishing the Frassati Handbook and Novena Prayer Book. These resources will serve as spiritual and practical guides for living out the charism of Blessed Pier Giorgio in our daily lives.

A Call to Journey Together

This year, let us renew our commitment to embody the hope we proclaim by:

• Actively participating in formation and activities.
• Praying fervently for the success of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati’s canonization.
• Being witnesses of hope in our communities and the world.
• Encouraging every promoter to establish communio groups to foster devotion to Blessed Pier Giorgio and advance our mission of evangelization.

Together, as one community, let us journey toward the heights (Verso l’Alto), inspired by the life and witness of our beloved patron. May this Jubilee Year bring us closer to God and to one another as we strive to live out our calling as Pilgrims of Hope.

May the intercession of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati guide and bless all our endeavors in 2025.
